Roseland, New Jersey - October 3, 2006 - The Employer Services Division of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE: ADP), today announced it has completed its acquisition of Employease®, Inc. a leading provider of Web-based solutions and outsourcing options for HR and benefits professionals. On August 17, ADP® announced its agreement to purchase the company, subject to satisfaction of certain conditions.
ADP Major Accounts Services, part of ADP Employer Services, initially partnered with Employease in October 2004. At that time, they introduced an integrated suite of Web-based, hosted payroll, HR and benefits administration services for the mid-market, known as "ADP HR/Benefits Solution."
